Terms of Service

1. The Service

Sonveya lets you upload a song and video clips and renders an edited video synchronized to the music. Renders are produced automatically; results depend on the material you provide.

We may update, improve or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the studio. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. One account per person; accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for us or other users.

3. Your content and your responsibility

You keep all rights to the songs, clips, lyrics and other material you upload, and to the videos you render. We claim no ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited license to store and process your uploads solely to operate the Service (rendering, previews, delivery back to you). We do not use your content to train AI models and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for having the necessary rights to the material you upload and to the videos you create, including music, footage and lyrics. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you lack permission to use. We respond to valid takedown notices and repeat infringement may lead to account termination.

4. Credits and subscriptions

Rendering consumes credits. Subscription plans grant credits monthly; plan credits reset at each renewal and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits do not expire while your account is active.

The credit price of a render is reserved when the render starts and settled based on the final video length; the unused part of the reservation is returned automatically. Failed renders are refunded in full, automatically.

Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for money except where required by law. See our Refund Policy for details on purchases.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Your purchase is made from Paddle, which handles billing, payment methods, taxes and receipts. Prices are shown before you buy.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access for the period already paid.

6. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to breach, overload or reverse engineer the Service, circumvent usage limits or credit accounting, or use the Service to produce unlawful, hateful or deceptive content.

Automated access is allowed only through interfaces we provide for that purpose.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonveya is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are resolved by Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to another venue.
